The Friends of the Reading Public Library are excited to announce the return of the Friends’ House Tour, May 3, 2026! The tour will run from 1:00 to 5:00. This is our longest running fundraising event. The 2026 Tour features several beautiful and unique homes of Reading. Nine generous homeowners have opened their homes to support the Reading Public Library. Take note of the details each has incorporated to make their home special. Many have extended their vision outside as well.
Ticket booklets are $30 per person and available at the Reading Library, and at Whitelam Books. Ticket booklets are $35 on the day of the tour.
Thanks to our many generous sponsoring advertisers and ticket sales, this is our biggest fundraiser, supporting many, many programs at the library throughout the year.
