The Reading Coalition for Prevention & Support will host a free Mental Health First Aid training for adults this spring. The course offers community members a chance to learn and practice quick action plan for supporting someone experiencing a mental health challenge. 

The training will be led by Taunya Jarzyniecki, LMHC, LADAC 1, and will take place at the Reading Public Library from March 24 through April 14. Sessions run Mondays from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. 

This evidence-based program is open to all adults interested in strengthening their skills and confidence in responding to mental health concerns. Register https://conta.cc/4k600Mw
