During this upcoming week, April 1st through the 5th, the temporary Auburn Street cell tower is coming down. T-Mobile, AT&T and the town’s existing equipment have already been removed and added back onto the new water tank. Verizon Wireless and Dish Network were not on the temporary tower but will be added to the Auburn water tank in the coming months. There is no ETA on the Verizon’s addition but it will greatly improve their cellular service in Reading when completed.
