On Wednesday July 23, contractors are moving two modular classrooms from the Killam School to the Reading Memorial High School campus. This is in relation to the building of the new Killam School. The work is expected to occur between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM, and could minimally impact some commuters in the area.
The contractor will take the following route with the modulars: A left onto Charles street leaving Killam, followed by a right onto main street, a left onto Birch meadow Drive, and a left onto Oakland Road to RMHS. A police escort will manage safety throughout the relocation, and both modulars are expected to be at RMHS by 7am.
