We’re excited to announce #WellnessWednesdays! This 6-week ARPA funded series that will take place each Wednesday from 11am – 1pm beginning tomorrow, October 12th at the Pleasant Street Center.

Each week will feature new topics and lectures related to living a healthy lifestyle!

  • October 12th – Lisa Urbaczewski McKenna – Integrative Nutrition & Health
  • October 19th – Dr. Nathan Ward – Cognitive Therapies & Multitasking
  • October 26th – Angela Sokolova – Wellness Coaching
