RCTV Studios, Reading’s community media and PEG access organization, is pleased to announce the appointment of Deirdre Morales as its new Executive Director.

Morales brings more than a decade of leadership in media production and creative content management across studios, agencies, and nonprofit organizations. She has led production teams, managed complex budgets, and overseen projects for government agencies, nonprofits, and national entertainment partners. Her work has been recognized with a Suncoast Emmy, a Gold ADDY Award, and she was a PGA Debra Hill Fellowship Finalist.

We are thrilled to welcome Deirdre as Executive Director,” said Kathi Crook, President of the RCTV Board of Directors. “Her enthusiasm, collaboration, and vision for media production will be a tremendous asset as RCTV Studios continues to serve the Reading community.”

Morales also serves as an adjunct instructor at the University of New Hampshire Manchester and Southern New Hampshire University, reflecting her commitment to mentoring the next generation of media professionals. She is passionate about amplifying local voices, fostering civic engagement, and expanding creative opportunities throughout the community.

I am honored to work in partnership with the staff, board, and town as RCTV’s Executive Director,” said Morales. “Community television plays a vital role in bringing people together through civic engagement, media education, and digital storytelling. I’m grateful to the board for their confidence and look forward to building on RCTV’s legacy in the years ahead.”

RCTV Studios looks forward to continued growth in local programming, community engagement, and multimedia services under Morales’s leadership.
