Bunratty Tavern

Born and raised on Bunratty Road in Coolock, Dublin, Proprietor Eilish’s childhood was soaked with Irish Tradition, along with her sisters, she was a competitive Irish Dancer for most of her youth, and had brothers who played GAA. After emigrating to the United States in 1988, Eilish began her “new” life in the Boston Irish scene, teaching step dancing and performing at numerous Irish venues. Eilish began her career in the Irish Restaurant business, spending the next 25 years learning from the best. When the opportunity arose to bring a piece of home to her new home, with a location steeped in History, it was only fit to name this location after her childhood home – hence the beginning of Bunratty Tavern.
