Downtown Reading is set to host its popular March Madness shopping event on Thursday, March 12th, brought to you by the local business community and promoted through @shoptheblock01867. For one day only, participating stores will invite shoppers to reach into a “pot of gold” at the register to reveal an instant discount of 10%, 20%, or 30% off their purchase. (Exclusions may apply—check with each individual business for details on eligible items.)
Many shops will extend their hours (often until 8:00 PM) to welcome visitors and make it easy to explore downtown while hunting for the best surprise deal.
