Cordele Photographer Alicia Williams Opens New Studio in Reading’s Hottest Revitalized Destination — A Space Rooted in Legacy, Authenticity, and Modern Storytelling

Reading, MA – [12/13/25] – Photographer Alicia Williams, the creative force behind Cordele Photography, is proud to announce the opening of her new studio at 45 High Street—Reading’s newest up-and-coming hotspot and a building that has been a community fixture since the 1970s.

Located directly across from the Reading Depot and offering ample street parking, the recently revitalized space is now buzzing with new energy. It features two new restaurants, with Alicia’s modern portrait studio serving as one of its cornerstone additions.

With more than 20 years of experience and a reputation for capturing people exactly as they are—confident, timeless, and real—Alicia is bringing a fresh, artistic presence to this reimagined part of town. Clients rave about her ability to make them feel instantly at ease while creating portraits that feel authentic, modern, and meaningful.

At the center of her brand is a symbol infused with heart: the sunflower. Alicia’s sunflower logo is more than a design—it’s a tribute to her mom. The two planted sunflowers together every summer on Cape Cod, a tradition that shaped Alicia’s entire approach to photography.

“I only have one photo of my mom and me together as an adult, and it’s priceless to me,” Alicia shares. “My sunflower logo reminds me that every image I create could become someone’s most cherished memory. That’s why I photograph people with intention, heart, and honesty.”

Her new studio at 45 High Street reflects that philosophy. The space is modern yet cozy and inviting, professional yet personal—perfect for families, seniors, executives, and anyone who wants portraits that truly look like them. Using the latest Canon mirrorless systems and refined lighting setups, Alicia crafts portraits that are bold, real, and built to last.

Clients can expect:

  • A relaxed, guided, confidence-boosting photo experience
  • Styling support prior to the session
  • Same-day or next-day image viewing appointments
  • Beautiful heirloom-quality prints and artwork
  • Genuine connection and photography grounded in purpose

In addition to studio sessions, Alicia also offers on-location photography for families, seniors, and branding clients. Whether on the beach, in a field, or at a local park, she spends time location scouting to find unique and meaningful settings that best complement each client.

Studio sessions are by appointment as Alicia celebrates the opening of her studio in Reading’s newly revitalized district.
