A full day of pizza, music, and family fun hits Reading this weekend
The countdown is nearly over, and pizza lovers across the North Shore are gearing up for what promises to be the biggest pizza party north of Boston. This Saturday, September 27th, the town of Reading will transform into a cheesy, saucy, music-filled celebration as the North Shore Pizza Party by New England Food Festivals takes over 49 High Street from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
With free entry and a family-friendly vibe, the event is expected to draw crowds from across the region. Attendees can look forward to:
- Live music all day, featuring local favorites Tommy Flynn, Ryan Pinette, Jami Giordano, and a Special Guest DJ
- A mouthwatering lineup of pizzaiolos including CooperDome Crusts, Parziales, Brooksey’s, Reading Food Services, and Frank’s Pizza, all serving fresh pies throughout the day
- Sweet treats from the legendary Mike’s Pastry, espresso from Pino’s, and drinks at the Container Bar, offering beer and wine
- Face painting and other fun activities for kids, making it a perfect outing for families

Organizers say the event is more than just a pizza party — it’s a celebration of community, local flavor, and good vibes. With the weather forecast looking favorable and excitement building online, the North Shore Pizza Party is shaping up to be a can’t-miss event.
So grab your friends, bring your appetite, and get ready to dance, eat, and celebrate — because the final countdown is on, and Reading is about to get deliciously loud.

Some guy that was running the event was walking around selling raffle tickets for a pizza oven and they never ran the raffle. Seems like someone just scammed people out of money.
They posted the raffle drawing to their Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/share/v/17VcUXJxkQ/
