This video is the discussion from the March 13, 2025 meeting, involving the MWRA (Massachusetts Water Resources Authority) Executive Committee and Advisory Board, discussing a letter from Reading resident Paul Silva (provided below) regarding the fairness of entrance fees, particularly for the Town of Reading.
