Town Clerk Laura Gemme has provided her fourth update for all of the open seats in the April 8, 2025 local election. We will provide updates every week until the ballot is finalized as nomination papers are not official until returned and certified by the Town Clerk and Board of Registrars. The last day to pull papers is February 18, 2025 by 5PM and all must be returned by February 18, 2025 by 5PM.
Starting off with the Select Board, the two candidates for re-election to the Select Board Melissa Murphy and Mark Dockser have not pulled papers while Anthony D’Arezzo had his certified on December 30th. From the School Committee, incumbents Charles Robinson and Tom Wise have not pulled papers, with Lara Durgavich‘s still outstanding. Dana Guarino, who ran for School Committee last year, pulled his papers on January 7th. From the RMLD Board of Commissioners, David Talbot re-election papers are outstanding along with Adam Swanson.
Wrapping things up with the The Board of Library Trustees with Kelli Bacon‘s papers outstanding as well as incumbent Patrick Egan. As for the Moderator position, Alan Folds returned and had his papers certified earlier this month.
Town meeting had 6 individuals pull papers last week, all but 1 (Linda Snow Dockser) were non-incumbents.
