READING – Chief David Clark reports that the Reading Police Department arrested and charged a North Billerica man with Operating Under the Influence.
TREVOR RODERICK, AGE 29, of NORTH BILLERICA, was arrested and charged with the following:
- OUI Liquor
On Aug. 11 at approximately 12:56 a.m., Reading Police, while operating in the area of Washington Street, observed a gray Kia Seltos driving without its headlights on.
Reading Police conducted a motor vehicle stop of the Kia.
A preliminary investigation determined that the driver, identified as RODERICK, was operating under the influence. RODERICK was arrested without incident.
RODERICK was arraigned in Woburn District Court on Aug. 12.
All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
