Plant a tree for Arbor Day! The Rotary Club and the Town Forestry Department are giving away free American Hornbeam trees at the library. The trees are in red bins outside the library by the bike rack.
First come, first serve at the Reading Public Library! Any trees not picked up by Monday will be returned to the Forestry Department.
American Hornbeam trees are native to North America, have beautiful fall foliage and provide habitat and food for wildlife.
