As a follow up to our prior article from September, located here, 186 Summer Ave has been reportedly been sold. The purchase price was $1,000,000 which is roughly around the Zillow estimate. Robert Corwin, a Summer Ave resident, published the brief details earlier today on Facebook. Mr. Corwin also mentioned the new owner is a resident in the neighborhood who has plans to rehab the property and re-sell it.
The only new details we were able to find on the property was a Municipal Lien in the amount of $17.54 from November 17, 2023. The lien certificate also showed that all taxes have been paid on the property.
