Small steps can help you get a fresh start in 2024! Join Lori Lambert-Osburn at the Reading Public Library on December 16 at 1:00pm.
Reading Public Library (RPL), Reading, MA—Are you thinking about where you’d like to be in 2024? Come to the library on Saturday, December 16 and get a head start on planning your goals for the new year. At Small Steps and Slight Shifts, participants will have the opportunity to evaluate where they are now and learn how small steps and slight shifts in perspective and behaviors can bring desired outcomes. You may wish to bring a journal and writing tool to the program to keep notes if you’re inspired!
Small Steps and Slight Shifts will be presented by Reading resident and dynamic educator Lori Lambert-Osburn. Lori has combined her training and passion for health, wellness, mindfulness, life sciences, and nutrition into all of her work and most recently as a Wellness Representative at the Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association (MIIA).
This event is free. Registration is suggested: https://bit.ly/RPLSlightShifts.
