During Tuesday nights Select Board meeting, Town Manager Fidel Maltez provided another Birch Meadow Phase 1 update. Fidel mentioned that the majority of the building is done and the contractor has told the town that the project should be substantially completed by next Friday, November 17th. This marks another delay with the project as the previous completion date of October 30th was projected earlier in September to the Select Board. Items remaining include but are not limited to: a top coat to the parking and walkway, striping and line paining, EV chargers by RMLD and electrical turned on to the restroom building.
