During the September 12th Select Board meeting, Town Manager Fidel Maltez, gave another update on the progress over at Birch Meadow Phase 1. The former “Imagination Station” parking lot across from Coolidge Middle School as well as the walkway/pavilion inside the Birch Meadow complex, now have a revised completion date of October 30th, 2023. The contractor cited delays due to the weather (rain) as well as a concrete block shortage for the restroom area.
