The Killam School Building Committee met on May 15, 2023 at 6 PM. The committee reviewed and rated the 6 bids that were submitted for the Owners Project Manger (OPM) Request for Services. The companies that submitted were:

- *Hill International, 75 Second Avenue, Needham, MA 02494
- *TERVA Corporation, 100 Main Street, Whitinsville, MA 01588
- CREF Global Corporate Real Estate and Facilities, 200 High Street Boston, MA 02110
- LeftField, 101 Federal Street Boston, MA 02110
The firms were reviewed by the committee, rated and ranked. Ultimately selected and moving on to the second round were Anser Advisory, Colliers Project Leaders, Hill International and Terva Corporation.
The top 4 companies were then interviewed on May 17th by a subcommittee consisting of, John Coote, Karen Gately-Herrick, Nancy Twomey and Carla Nazzaro along with Fidel Maltez (Town Manager) and Joe Huggins (Director of Facilities). The companies were impressive and the sub-committee is looking forward to recommending their top pick, which will be put to a full committee vote, at their next meeting on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 6PM. If approved, on Tuesday, May 23rd the Town Manager, Director of Facilities and Procurement Manager will enter into negotiations with the finalist’s representative.
