via the Town of Reading – Please be advised that starting Tuesday night May 2nd, 7PM – 5AM, Lowell Street ( from Main Street to Hartshorn Street) will be closed, to all traffic, for final paving. The work is expected to take two nights to complete but it is weather dependent. Detours will be in place for this work zone. The road will not be passable to vehicular traffic, therefore residents of Lowell Street will not have access to their driveways. If you need your vehicle during the work times, please plan accordingly and park your car on a side street.
