Reading has 18 incredible Reading residents participating in the 127th Boston Marathon today. The youngest of which is Cynthia Fraine at 23 years old and the oldest is Stephen Viegas at 74.

Stephen Viegas happens to be our office neighbor down the hall at 2 Haven Street where he runs his solo law practice. He’s been an attorney for over 47 years, of which 36 have been in Reading. He and his wife Susan just recently celebrated their 47th year of marriage and this will be his 4th Boston Marathon. In terms of what’s next for Stephen, he plans on running in his 4th Philadelphia Marathon this November and has already qualified for Boston next year!

If you wanna catch Stephen, wearing bib number 24311 or any of the other runners, they will all be leaving Hopkinton around 11:15 AM today.

Best of luck to you all!
