If you have visited the Town Forest you know that the red pines are dying. A significant number have been removed as they presented a danger to visitors to the forest, and unfortunately more need to come down. Friends of Reading Scouting has teamed up with the Town Forest Committee to form Trees for Reading! Together we will be buying saplings and planting them at a scale large enough to have an impact in the Town Forest.
