Please join several women owned local businesses at the Second annual Lucky Ladies Boutique event at Empower on Haven between 1-3PM today. Empower has specifically designed a drink for the event and there will be raffles, experts in a variety of fun topics, and free swag! Their goal is to raise $250 to benefit the Reading Scholarship Foundation, a non-profit organization 501(c)3 charity right here in Reading.
