The Select Board has a light agenda for tomorrow’s meeting, including closing the State election warrant for this upcoming election, discussion of Green Communities legislation as well as discussion on Town Meeting Warrant Article 22, which if approved, would add a charge per kilowatt hour for all RMLD residents. Lastly, a discussion and potential action/executive session on the response from the owner of 17 Harnden Street (former Walgreens) for the creation of a new Senior Center.

  • 8:10 Consider and potentially act on response from owner of 17 Harnden Street (BH Waltham II LLC) to Request for Proposals to Purchase Real Property for Municipal Use, including an Executive Session (Purpose 6) to discuss the acquisition and value of 17 Harnden Street

The meeting will take place in the Select Board meeting room at Town Hall at 7pm.
