📓 Small Steps and Slight Shifts in 2024

Are you thinking about where you’d like to be in 2024? Don’t wait until the New Year to thrive and flourish. During this program, participants will have the opportunity to evaluate where they are now, and learn how small steps and slight shifts in perspective and behaviors can bring desired outcomes. Participants are encouraged to bring a journal and writing utensil to the program (but this is not required). This program will be presented by Reading resident and dynamic educator Lori Lambert-Osburn.
