I’m Nicky Lamson, seeking my third term on Town Meeting. I bring a proven record of service to Reading, including petitioning for the Salem Street/Memorial Park crosswalk, volunteering with RMHS Band and Winterguard, and previous Killam PTO volunteer, Girl Scouts leader, and Scout Pack 735 treasurer. With 19 years’ experience as a senior litigation paralegal and a pre-law degree, I understand how policy and budgets affect our community and am committed to transparency, fiscal responsibility, and practical, common-sense solutions.
I’m running for Town Meeting to give back to our community. As a 2020 RMHS graduate and lifelong Reading resident, I care deeply about our town’s future. I believe in fiscal responsibility, civility in public service, and thoughtful long-term planning. Since filling a vacant seat last fall, I’ve worked to listen carefully, prepare thoroughly, and support decisions that strengthen Reading’s community and financial health. I hope I can count on your support to continue making thoughtful decisions for our community.
