Please be advised that beginning today Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 7:00 A.M., weather permitting, PJ Albert Inc. will be reclaiming the existing roadway pavement on the following streets:
– King Street (All)
– Prescott Street (Summer Avenue to Lincoln Street)
– Washington Street (Woburn Street to Lincoln Street)
The reclaim operation is expected to take several days to complete. Delays, detours, and road closures should be expected. If you need your vehicle during this time, please be prepared for potential delays as construction is occurring. Also, all on-street parking will be prohibited and will be strictly enforced by the Reading Police Department.
If work is occurring on your scheduled trash day, please have your trash and recycling at the curb no later than 6:30 A.M. to ensure pickup.
