For the upcoming General Election, early voting takes place in the Town of Reading from Saturday, October 19, through Friday, November 1, 2024. If you plan to vote early, please go to Reading Town Hall located at 16 Lowell Street Reading, MA 01867. There is dedicated parking for early voters in the Town Hall lot.
Early voting dates and hours are as follows:
- Saturday, October 19th – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Monday, October 21st – 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Tuesday, October 22nd – 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Wednesday, October 23rd – 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Thursday, October 24th – 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Saturday, October 26th – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Monday, October 28th – 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Tuesday, October 29th – 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Wednesday, October 30th – 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Thursday, October 31st – 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Friday, November 1st – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
If you miss the early voting period, you can still vote on Tuesday, November 5, on the date of the General Election. Election day voting occurs at the RMHS Field House (62 Oakland Rd, Reading, MA 01867) from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
