On Tuesday evening, the Reading Rockets Field Hockey varsity girls team advanced to the MIAA Division 2 Finals with their 5-0 win over Hingham. Both Autumn Mathews and Danielle Bowers had 2 goals apiece in their shutout victory.
Number 1 seed Reading (21-1) will face off on Saturday, November 18th vs Number 2 seed Norwood (20-2) at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. No time has been specified yet and is also dependent upon weather. We will update this post when we have confirmation.
