Lincoln Street Parking Area-1
In between the arrows is the Lincoln Street Lot for overnight parking

Via the Reading Police Department’s Facebook Page – The overnight parking ban will go into effect Monday December 5th unless snow is expected before then. No overnight parking is allowed on any public way or municipal parking lot from 1am-6am.

There is one exception, those with a Reading Resident Parking Pass can park overnight at the Depot on the Lincoln Street side at the smaller southern lot. There is signage indicating the proper lot. If it snows those in that lot must remove their vehicles at 6am.

The Reading DPW and Police Department appreciate all the cooperation with this regulation. It helps ensure the DPW can safely and swiftly keep the roads open for travel, open the schools, and maintain the downtown area properly.

Below is a video we made to show the Lincoln Street lot area that is allowed for overnight parking that the Reading Police Department referenced.
