The Reading ARPA Advisory Committee (RAAC) is meeting tomorrow to continue discussions on agenda items from last week’s meeting. Items include further deliberation on:
- Premium pay modeling options (Model 1 or 2) that would be utilized for hazard pay allocations.
- RAAC members allocations of funds to Water/Sewer and the Birch Meadow project.
- Potential allocations to certain town boards (Trails, Historical).
- Various public requests including the Reading Food Pantry.
The RAAC will also hear from the First Congregational Church of Reading, who is requesting $30k for asbestos remediation and $4k for landscaping, as well as the Burbank YMCA to hear more specifics on their proposal for Adaptive Aquatics lessons and their request for an allocation. Both of these items we’re on last weeks agenda but both parties we’re unable to attend.
