Celebrate National Steak Day, which is taking place this year on Saturday, April 25th, with Post 1917

Post 1917, a modern steakhouse with locations in Reading (136 Haven Street) and Lexington, that seamlessly merges city vibes with local charm, is the first restaurant from Chef Jason Carron, a veteran restaurateur and steak aficionado with over two decades of experience transforming restaurants across New England. Post 1917 boasts a team of culinary experts from top restaurants throughout the state to deliver a dining experience that prioritizes farm-to-table ingredients, exceptional quality, and innovative presentations.

Post 1917’s menu is nearly entirely gluten-free and is focused around carefully selected USDA Prime Cuts of beef from local Brandt Farms, along with other steakhouse classics and inventive new additions. Post 1917’s steak menu includes:

  • Filet 10oz (Brandt) – $66
  • New York Strip 16oz (Brandt Prime) – $73
  • Ribeye 16oz (Brandt Prime) – $83
  • Bone-In Ribeye 22oz (Brandt Prime) – $91
  • Long Bone 32oz (Brandt) – $125
  • Steak Frites (10oz Sliced Brandt Flank Steak, Chimichurri, Truffle Fries) – $51
