Rescheduled from February due to last week’s snowstorm – Looking for an evening filled with exceptional scotch? Post 1917 Reading, a modern family-run steakhouse, is hosting an intimate five-course Bruichladdich Scotch Dinner. On Wednesday, March 11th at 6:00 PM, this dining experience invites guests to embark on a guided culinary journey to explore the character of Bruichladdich Scotch whiskey. 

For $195 per guest (plus tax & gratuity), guests will be welcomed with a cocktail, followed by a curated five-course culinary journey thoughtfully paired with specially selected Bruichladdich Scotch whisky. The prix fixe menu includes:

  • Passed:
    • TEMPURA FRIED OYSTERS | with Bleu Cheese Vinaigrette
  • 1st Course:
    • STEAK TARTAR | Atop Nest of Onion Strings, Quail Egg
  • 2nd Course:
    • SALMON ROULADE | with Frisée, Arugula, Shaved Asparagus, Honey Citrus Emulsion, Topped with Honeycomb
  • Main Course:
    • 12 OZ SMOKED KONA-CRUSTED RIBEYE | Shallot Brandy Sauce, Accompanied by Japanese Sweet Potato Wedges and English Peas
  • Dessert:
    • CLASSIC BANANA SPLIT | Topped with Bruleed Candied Pecan Sacan Sauce
