Town Clerk Laura Gemme has provided her first update for all of the open seats in the April 8, 2025 local election. We will provide updates every Thursday until the ballot is finalized as nomination papers are not official until returned and certified by the Town Clerk and Board of Registrars. The last day to pull papers is February 18, 2025 by 5PM and all must be returned by February 18, 2025 by 5PM.

Starting off with the Select Board, Anthony DArezzo formerly of CPDC, pulled his nomination papers yesterday the 10th. Currently, the two candidates for re-election to the Select Board Melissa Murphy and Mark Dockser have not pulled papers. From the School Committee, incumbents Charles Robinson and Tom Wise have not pulled papers. From the RMLD Board of Commissioners, current members Phillp Pacino & David Talbot have not pulled but Phil sent an LTE last month indicating that he would not be seeking re-election after 38 years.

Wrapping things up with the The Board of Library Trustees with incumbent Patrick Egan pulling on Monday and Cherrie Dubois not yet taking out papers. Alan Foulds, the incumbent for Town Moderator, pulled back on November 19th and has not yet returned papers for certification.

Town meeting had 12 individuals pull papers this week, all of which were incumbents.
