via the Town of Reading – Construction Update: The Lowell Street resurfacing project from Town Hall to Hartshorn St will recommence this week to rebuild and adjust all manholes and catch basins within the project limits.

This work will be followed by milling and then paving in upcoming weeks. The paving is expected to be night work for two nights.
