DESCRIPTION:On October 9\, 2024 the Reading Art Association will host a demonstration by Mary Rose O’Connel. She will demonstrate a painting using Gouache. \nThe meeting will be held in Guild Hall\, First Congregational Church (middle side door)\, Sanborn Street\, Reading\, Wednesday October 9th\, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. \nMore information about Mary Rose and this demo is available on the RAA website. \nhttp://www.readingart.org/oct2024demo.shtml \nMary Rose O’Connell is best known for her dynamic oil paintings of the New England coast. Other genres she has mastered are her sensitive portrait\, still life\, and landscape paintings. She paints in her studio and en plein air in a representational style.
