DESCRIPTION:The Stoneham & Reading Senior Centers and the Reading Public Library are partnering to bring social connections to individuals living with a memory impairment & their care partners through the Memory Café. Alternating between Stoneham’s Senior Center and the Reading Public Library\, the cafe takes place on the second Tuesday of every month.
